Comments

If visitors leave a comment on this website, we collect the data shown in the comment form. Additionally, we collect the visitors IP address and his user-agent-string (which identifies the browser) to support the detection of spam.

From the e-mail address an anonymous hash can be generated and be forwarded to the Gravatar service to check, if you use them. The data protection policy can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After you comment has been cleared, you profile picture will be visible in public context to your comment.

Spam Protection (Akismet)

We do collect informations about visitors, who post comments on our website, which uses Akismet Anti Spam Service. These data contain the users IP address, the user agent, referrer and website-URL (as well as informations the user provided by himself like name, username, mail address or the comment itself).

Media

If you are a registered user and you do upload photos to this website, you should avoid uploading photos containing an EXIF-GPS-location. Visitors of this website could download photos from this website and extract the location information.

Contact forms

The data entered into the contact form will be mailed to our staff. Each E-Mail received is stored on the mail server indefinitely. No data won’t be stored in any other form.

If you post a comment, it will be stored in a timely indefinitely manner including all its meta data. That way we can recognize and clear following comments automatically instead holding them in the moderators queue.

For user who register on our website, additionally we will store all personal data the user provided in his profile. All users are able to watch, alter or delete (username can’t be changed) their personal data every time. Administrators of this website can watch and alter these data, too.
